Today, MCA submitted our submission to Yass Valley Council to provide community views of to improve parks & playspaces in Yass Valley. We are looking for clearer guidance for future development, including recognition of the importance of embedding recreation & open space provision early in new growth areas, especially in our rural & village areas. Prioritising opening up of new greenfield sites for future regional parks, genuine provision of playspaces for “all-ages”- from babies through to seniors, & more consideration of recreation for our youth.
